    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the SleepWell program.

    What is sleep apnea?

Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. The most common type is obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

How does the SleepWell device work?

The custom oral appliance gently shifts your lower jaw forward, keeping your airway open while you sleep. It's custom-fitted by your dentist for maximum comfort.

    Is it covered by insurance?

Many medical insurance plans cover oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea. We can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider.

How long does the at-home test take?

The at-home sleep test requires just one night of sleep. You'll wear a small, comfortable device that monitors your breathing, oxygen levels, and sleep stages.

What if I already have a CPAP?

If you struggle to use your CPAP or find it uncomfortable, our oral appliance is an excellent alternative for mild to moderate sleep apnea.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes, our at-home sleep test and custom oral appliance are HSA/FSA eligible. You can use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to pay for your treatment.
